Counseling Style
I believe in personalized care and focus on empowering others to make well-informed and self-determined decisions about their mental health care. I utilize person-centered and solution-focused approaches by leaning on cognitive-behavioral and reality-based techniques. I pride myself on relatability and providing a non-judgmental safe space for individuals to process, learn, and gain new perspectives on life.
Personal
In my free time I enjoy spending time with family, friends and my dog. I enjoy active yet simple activities such as: bowling, miniature golf, axe-throwing, sight-seeing, nature-watching, etc. I love a good southern meal, nature documentaries, corny comedies, and giraffes.
