Counseling Style
I use a person-centered approach to create a harmonious and trustworthy therapeutic relationship with students. I utilize multicultural perspectives, CBT, existential, and reality theory. I help students reach their individual goals, address their concerns, and encourage self-exploration during collaboration.
Personal
Walking with friends and my pets, doing arts and crafts, and cooking spicy food are some of my favorite things to do in my spare time. For fun, I also enjoy reading different types of books and
watching scary movies.
