Bio

Clinical Interests
My clinical practice is grounded in providing evidence-based cognitive behavioral therapy to emerging adults experiencing academic stress, difficulties with anxiety and depression, challenges with perfectionism, processing grief and trauma related to unexpected life events. I am passionate about empowering young adults to manage life stressors by developing adaptive coping skills, learning how to ask for help, and creating meaningful change to improve their overall psychological well being.

Counseling Style
My approach to therapy is rooted in warmth, compassion, and building an authentic relationship where clients feel safe, respected, and understood. My theoretical orientation is an integration of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Person Centered Therapy providing clients with strategies to challenge unhelpful patterns of thinking, identify their strengths, and build mental resilience while recognizing that meaningful change occurs when someone feels truly seen, heard, and valued.

Personal
I am the happiest version of myself when I am able to enjoy a Pilates class followed by a perfectly crafted iced matcha latte. I love recharging by exploring the beauty of nature through hiking, biking, and kayaking. When time doesn’t allow for adventure, I also enjoy cooking new recipes, collecting art, creating floral arrangements, and curating interior design for my home. Above all else, I cherish spending quality time and making new memories with my closest family and friends.
