Accreditation Status

The WFUCC Psychology internship is not accredited by the American Psychological Association. The WFUCC Psychology Internship Program has been approved for a Fall 2018 APA site visit. However, this does not guarantee that our program will become accredited.

APPIC Membership Status

The WFUCC Psychology Internship is not a member of APPIC at this time, although we will be participating in the APPIC Match as a non-member internship site.  This means we are not included in the APPIC online directory, but applications can be submitted to the WFUCC Psychology Internship Program using Match ID code 245111.

The WFUCC Psychology Internship agrees to abide by the APPIC policy that no person associated with the internship program will solicit, accept, or use any ranking-related information from any intern applicant.  Internship slot offers will be made through the APPIC National Matching program in compliance with the APPIC policy.  WFU is an equal opportunity employer and adheres to APPIC’s nondiscrimination policies.
